Billy Riggins Jr., age 51 of Franklin, passed away Tuesday Dec. 9, 2008 in Nashville.

He is survived by his wife, Barbra Riggins; sons, Travis Riggins, both of Franklin, and Justin Farris of Spring Hill; daughters, Ginger Riggins of Bellevue, Kim (Andy) Heithcock of Spring Hill and Kelly Turnage of Franklin; father, John Riggins of Oklahoma City, Okla.; mother & step father, Mae & Joe "Shorty" Mangrum; brothers, Pop & Joey Dale Mangrum, all of Chapel Hill; sister, Vicky Mangrum of Smyrna; and grandchildren, Macie Ann Riggins & Matthew & Madison Heithcock.

Services will be conducted 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 12, 2008 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Bro. Dudley Stovall & John Snow officiating. Interment will be in Williamson Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Dudley Stovall Jr., Andy Heithcock, Larry Martin, Jeff Chrisman, James Heithcock, Larry Goodwin, Todd Wilson, Bruce Perry, Travis Riggins & Freddie Clark.

Honorary pallbearers will be Tom & Phil Perry, Johnny Mack Poteete, Mike Treadway, Kenny Mayfield, Gary Marlin, Henry Ray, David Gray, Paul Hughes, David Earl & Melvin Markham and all of his rowdy friends.

Memorials may be made to Alive Hospice, 1718 Patterson St. Nashville, TN 37203. Visitation will begin Thursday at 11 a.m. at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home. 12/11/08, Williamson Herald
