Mr. Joseph "Joe" B. Register, 56, of Barnesville, passed away Saturday, Aug. 14, 2010.

He was a member of First Baptist Church of Conley.

He is survived by his wife, Pam; son, Eric Michael Register, of Ashville, N.C.; stepchildren, Crissy Jo Mohr, of Orion, Ill., and Paul Michael Petty, of Stockbridge, Ga.; mother, Gladys Bernice Register, of Barnesville, and 5 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Marcus L. Register.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, Aug. 19, at 11a.m., in the Ford-Stewart Funeral Home Chapel, with Dr. Trenton Swanson officiating.

Interment will be Friday, Aug. 20, at 2 p.m., (EST) at Greenwood Cemetery in Clarksville, TN.
